Erika Weiss
A descendant of the Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians, Erika Weiss serves as Assistant General Counsel at Waséyabek Development Company. She joined Waséyabek in March 2023 after spending 9 years in private practice. Erika brings a diverse legal background to Waséyabek, including working with Tribal governments and in the Tribal economic development sector. Her experience outside of Indian Country includes commercial litigation, bank and venture debt financing transactions, and business mergers and acquisitions.
