Justin Henry Kekoaonāhōkūonālani Lowe is a Native Hawaiian, U.S. Army Strategist (FA59), and recent graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Justin possesses extensive experience in cultural change initiatives, team development, and leadership from a decade of Army service and counting. Earlier in his career, Justin served in operational assignments in Djibouti, Afghanistan, and Europe as a former Infantry and Military Intelligence officer. He is proudly from the ahupuaʻa of Nuʻuanu, Oʻahu.
